 I forgot my password
You are here:  Help > Self-Help Resources > Email > RamsMail (Student)

There is a link on MyUM or you can also go directly to the login screen at http://mail.rams.umobile.edu/ Your username is your first intial, last name (up to 12 characters), and the last two digits of your student id number. For example, my name is Josephine College and my id number is 1234567. My username would be jcollege67. Resulting with my new email address being jcollege67@rams.umobile.edu.Your password is the first three letters of your first name (with the first letter capitalized) followed by the first five digits of your student id. Ex: Jos12345

**If you have 5 numbers in your student ID, this will be the same save for 1 change. Instead of using the first 5 of your student ID, you will add a zero after the first 3 letters, then use the first 4 of your student ID number. Using the above example it would be Jos01234. For any questions or concerns, please contact the University helpdesk by clicking on the link on the MyUM homepage.**
Students can change their password by clicking Settings, Accounts, Google Account Settings, Change Password. We recommend that everyone change their password after their first login.
